When robbing a bank it is a very good idea to collect enough money to make it to a country that does not currently have an extradition treaty with the United States.

1: Choose
your target It would be wise to select a bank branch that
is not in an isolated region with only one road leading to and
from the bank. A bank in a downtown locale is a pretty good spot,
except that police tend to be somewhat more common there, and
you will have to flee on foot. You should case out the interior
of the branch carefully as well. What you want to look for is
large amounts of money just lying around doing nothing. This
may not be as difficult to find as you think...
